


Jennie Linden won a Scholarship at 16 to the Central School of Speech & Drama in London, graduating with a teaching degree. Her early experience as an actress included work with Ian McKellen's Company at the Bristol Old Vic.
She was cast as the juvenile lead in the West End Comedy "Never Too Late".
With her name in lights and successful reviews, she went on to star in many West End plays. Among those she treasures are "Thark" a Ben Travers revival, with Alec McCowan, "On Approval" with Geraldine McEwan, "My Fat Friend" with Kenneth Williams and "Hedda Gabler" with Glenda Jackson, She completed a world tour of "Hedda Gabler" and a made a film in which Jennie was nominated as best supporting actress in her role as Mrs Elvstead.
Jennie has starred in a great deal of TV and film work, including popular series such as "The Saint", "The Friendly Persuaders", "The Avengers", and the sumptuous costume series "Lillie Langtry", and more recently in "Lovejoy", "Chancer", "Trainer" and "Casualty". In the film of D.H. Lawrence's "Women in Love", also starring Alan Bates and Glenda Jackson, she was nominated for two Academy Awards. She has worked with, and figured among, some of the greatest personalities in her profession.
Simon Marlow read music at Cambridge University, studied the piano with Ivey Dickson and Lilli Raeburn, and chamber music with Manoug Parikian.
Among the many musicians Simon has worked with, he has built an outstanding partnership with Ivo-Jan van der Werff, the Medici Quartet violist, with whom he has recorded music by Max Reger and a CD of all the viola/piano works of Arnold Bax. They recently made a round-the-world tour with concerts in New York, New Zealand and Hong Kong, where they also gave a series of master classes at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts.
His life has taken a number of unexpected directions, including working for ten years with the Lucis Trust, an educational charity.
But central to his interests is his busy musical career which features frequent concert appearances in Britain and many other European countries as well as recitals in the United States, Sri Lanka and Iceland. He has appeared with the Scottish Chamber Orchestra, broadcast and made several recordings.
